I have implemented a plenty of projects during my professional career and I would like to emphasis 2 of them:

  • Implement Microsoft ERP Navision: I implemented very successfully Microsoft ERP Navision to support the company accelerated growth and to provide high-end support to our customers. From kick-off until to the launch I was responsible for the process OFP (order fulfillment process, incl. MM, SD). At the same time, I also implemented as an add-on the BI Infor for financial reporting. The implementation of these tools allowed use to increase our customer satisfaction, inventory control, OPEX control, sales management and Budget KPI?s.

  • Implement new hardware to support the company with modern technology. We renewed the whole Server and Network infrastructure with a SAN and a VMware solution with Windows Server, Active Directory, Windows SQL Server, Backup solution, ?.

How did you impact with IT projects in the organization?

  • HR: Employee portal: Implementing a software to manage all HR related topics allowed us to shift resources from purely administrative tasks to customer adding value activities. (> face time to customers)

  • Fi&Co: Fully integrated ERP with BI for easy and comprehensive controlling which added value to the management reporting.

  • QM: Migrating the QMS to SharePoint we transformed all employees from a passive to an active participation roll in the QMS.

  • Infrastructure: New hardware and network provided us with more reliable services and performance.

  • IT: Implementing a Ticket and FAQ System reduced our total workload

What are your biggest achievements and why?

I am proud of many of my achievements during my professional career and I would like to emphasis 2 of them outstanding:

  • SharePoint as platform for the QMS from 2018 and the implementation in Operations as collaborating tool. We used several services like Teams, Power BI, Shared documents, Nintex Workflow, coordination of Meeting rooms and many more. This implementation allowed us to create more interaction between all departments and transparency.

  • The implementation of an ERP and QMS (ISO 9001) in Mexico from 2011 ? 2012. The implementation of these tow tools increased significantly internal and external performance by aligning the team to follow processes, reducing errors, producing a better interaction flow between Sales, Customer Support and Customers. Also, we had a huge impact in accuracy of our inventory and financial figures. From our customers we got better feedbacks and they underlined that since the implementation of the new strategy in the company it is much easier doing business with us.
