Currently working as the Solution Architect designing the new PKI infrastructure. Technical management during lifecycle of the project from beginning up to project handover to the customer staff. Recent achievements include the successful delivery of a large-scale PKI migration project for the multiple clustered CA migration. Designed safe and reliable migration path, including rollback and fallback plans. Prepared all required documentation and configuration scripts. Manage entire migration working with the support engineers applying certain actions from the plan. Worked after migration completed with support teams to create reliable backup and restore functions, Operational procedures and operational runbook to maintain the system once in live production. This project required extensive planning and co-ordination with all parties to ensure the HSM was built and configured correctly and there was no downtime during the migration. Designed a Security concept and the High-level design documents for the 3 tier multi-tenanted PKI solution making use of SafeNet HSMs as the green field approach for the new PKI implementation project. Activities were including:

• Collecting application, business and the security requirements working closely with the major stakeholders and PM
• Preparing the use case analysis for the PKI. This required close coordination with the application owners and the support team
• Preparing the list of the PKI vendors and working with colleagues implementing and evaluating PoC for the vendors were selected
• Preparing the HLD plan and get it signed off by the business owners

The project is currently on hold due to COVID-19.

Was working on large scale PKI deployment and migration projects for the HPE customers. designing, developing and managing customer engineers during implementing desired security solutions. Defining operations and procedures around current and newly implemented security environments. Delivering security assessments and design reviews as well as Workshops to educate customers. Translating clients’ businesses requirements to the beneficial security changes. Technical management during lifecycle of the project from beginning up to project handover to the customer staff.

Another project – PKI implementation for a global brand company with more than 100K employees and geographically spread environment. I was created PKI transformation advisory service allowing customers transfer their PKI infrastructure to HP/DXC managed private cloud or DC.
