Conducted a Proof of Concept for an international retail customer to evaluate CyberArk Privilege Cloud as a solution for securing and managing privileged access for employees as well as contractors around the globe.

The PoC focused on implementing core PAM capabilities such as privileged account onboarding and session management for critical systems. Also focus was set on Remote Access for different contractors and their access patterns.

Worked closely with stakeholders to validate technical requirements, demonstrate value for compliance and security and support decision-making for a full-scale deployment.

Supported a banking customer in the design phase of implementing BeyondTrust Privileged Remote Access and Password Safe to strengthen privileged access security and compliance. Developed detailed solution design documentation and coordinated the planning for onboarding identified critical applications into the PAM environment. Additionally designed robust break-glass access scenarios to ensure secure emergency access and operational continuity, aligning the solution with regulatory and internal security requirements.

Created the architectural and low-level design documentation for the customer implementing CyberArk Privileged Access Manager to secure privileged operations across multiple locations. The design focused on enabling a managed network service provider to perform remote administration and support activities in a controlled and compliant manner. Defined core PAM components, access workflows and security boundaries to ensure secure third-party access, centralized credential management and consistent governance across distributed network environments.

Led a regulatory remediation project addressing multiple BaFin audit findings related to privileged access governance. Although a CyberArk Privileged Access Management solution was already in place, it had to been affectively adopted. As project lead, I drove the structured onboarding of ~150 critical applications as well as target systems and privileged accounts belonging to these applications to achieve compliance and operational security.

The project included integration with the customers IGA solution (Omada Identity) to establish automated access requests and approval workflows as well as implementation of standardized processes for NPA onboarding, safe creation and user lifecycle management.

Additionally, provided regular reporting to key governance boards and stakeholders, while coordinating external consultant activities to ensure delivery progress, quality and adherence to project milestones.

Provided daily operational support for the customers Identity and Access Management environment, working with MicroFocus Identity Manager, NetIQ eDirectory and Omada Identity. Responsibilities included performing regular system health checks, supporting application owners with identity-related requests, and handling basic troubleshooting activities in case of system failures or service interruptions. Ensured stable IAM operations, reliable user provisioning processes, and effective collaboration with stakeholders to maintain business continuity and service quality.
