After more than 8 years working for a Munich based Bank in the IT-Department, planning and implementing complex IT-Solutions and Services, I founded [Company name on request]. In the following almost 17 years, I raised the company to more than 200 employees and a revenue of more than 23 M?/year. Between 2006 and 2009 the company was awarded several times by the German Ministry of Economics as "Germany's best Workplace" in the SMB category. In 2012 the company was acquired by the Allgeier Group, a 500 M? IT-Services enterprise company.
