Tasks:

• Teaching and coaching Lean and Agile values, principles and methods throughout the organization at various levels
• Working together with teams, managers and organizations to live Scrum and Kanban Summary
• Coaching managers how to lead agile transformation and working with program and product managers to develop product back logs and release models. Value stream analysis.
• Supporting and working with external coaches (e.g. Craig Larman, Bas Vodde, Dean gwell, Mary Poppendieck, Esther Derby, Diana Larsen, Rachel Davies, and Bjarte Bogsnes.) in implementing various scaling models (e.g., Agile Release Train, LeSS).

• Development and successful launch of Nokia MetroHub, a digital cross-connect node.
• System program in Location Services (e.g. E911).
• Program manager for base station development in PrivateMobileRadio.
• Those programs typically contained SW, HW, Electro-Mechanics, as well as production, logistics, services and marketing (following Prince 2 model).
