• Delivering Cloud knowledge in person or remote, in the classroom or together with the customer team onsite. 
• Projects cover hybrid scenarios. native cloud infrastructure topics as well as migrations from on-premises services to Microsoft Azure. Typical roles are such as Enterprise Architect or Principal Solution Architect.

• Leading the largest energy provider in Germany, E.ON and their SpinOff Uniper, into the Cloud. 
• As Lead CSA developing the strategic approach for their way into the cloud as well as coordinating the supporting CSA?s for the various projects. 
• During my time E.ON became the 2nd largest Azure consumer in Germany with more than a million Azure consumed revenue (ACR) per month.

Responsibilities varied from delivery, to designing, education and team lead at the customer.

• Leading a business unit of 20 consultants as well as 10 freelancers. 
• Responsibilities were IT Lead, Marketing, Education & Sales.

• Full responsibility for design, build & delivery of solutions and migrations around Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange as well as general network design and the overall user experience. 
• Customers were from the public sector, manufacturing, transportation and several others.

• Various roles from full time employed trainer and consultant to architect and CTO. 
• The company evolved over that time from 60 trainers & consultants to 600 people distributed across Germany.

• Building up a sales team for a health insurance company. 
• Education on products, leading the team and driving sales.

Responsible for the continuous education of the whole platoon over three years from defining the objectives to delivering trainings as well as education of additional staff to act as trainers.
