• Defining obligations from specifications and parameters and creating seamless concepts for logistics, quality, flexible ramp-up, manufacturing operations, emergency plans and constant efficiency over product lifetime until EOP
• Leading all cross-functional activities within an international team to ensure unconditional project success including tracking progress of all related objectives and goals
• Industrialize involved EDS plants in accordance to a.m. concept
• Providing direction to project teams in areas of concerns (internal and external)

• Perform and support commodity related RFQ processes and market test activities with 1st- and 2nd-tier suppliers
• Ensure cross-functional communication and optimized flow of information
• Provide expert opinion to tactical circles and supervisory boards
• Supervise all relevant actions at 1st- and 2nd-tier suppliers and coordinate with internal activities to ensure program success at pre-defined parameters
• Ensure correct definition and tracking progress of all project- and commodity related objectives and goals
• Execute commodity status reports and apply / support quality tracking and improvement tools and procedures 

• Leading all cross-functional activities within the development process of automotive electronics / customer device integration
• Ensure correct definition and tracking progress of all related objectives and goals

• Definition and permanent reconciliation of project targets according to customer requirements
• Responsible for design and engineering high-voltage wiring harnesses including design-for-manufacturing, vehicle installation, validation and introduction of serial production at OEM
• Employee selection and leading an international and cross-functional team
• Composing, verification and coordination of specifications, requirements and statements-of-work
• Continuous risk assessment / containment as well as implementation of actions to increase value add and raise cost effectiveness 

Full Development & Global Project Management Responsibility

• Responsible for different worldwide wiring harness projects within a common vehicle platform
• Support and monitor of shopfloor installations and production ramp-up at two new production plants in Morocco and China
• Employee selection and leading of an international and cross-functional team
• Fundamental implementation and installation of team structures and processes ? launch of an all-new customer segment
• Installation of a worldwide customer segment, forward-looking planning, coordination and linking global projects inside segment
• Supporting global RFQs and tender processes

• Responsible for design and engineering wiring harnesses for special vehicle applications including design-for-manufacturing, vehicle installation, validation and introduction of serial production at OEM
