Tasks:

Matterport 3D scanning and as-built digital documentation of the production area for brownfield layout planning and clash checking.

Electrical installation and commissioning of a press/moulding machine for front-bumper production: 

• cabinet and field wiring, drive and safety hook-up, functional testing through start-up.

Tasks:

Retrofit and extension of timber-handling conveyor lines: gear motors, drives, sensors and encoders; full commissioning incl. I/O checkout, interlocks, E-stop and sequence testing.

Tasks:

Commissioning and optimisation of large-scale conveyor and sortation systems in 24/7 logistics: Profinet, sensors, scanners, safety circuits, live fault-finding and throughput tuning.

Digital twin & predictive maintenance

Tasks:

OPC-UA / MQTT pipeline from PLC and drive layer to time-series store, LSTM-based RUL prediction, Streamlit condition-monitoring dashboards.
