• Built a decision matrix with 10 evaluation dimensions across 5 grid areas (TNK, TNP, TNR, TSB-H, TSP) and 6 teams ? from fragmented Excel files to a consistent, queryable data structure
• Developed hybrid AI extraction pipeline processing 479 documents with documented 100% success rate across all document types and formats
• Created interactive Streamlit dashboards with network visualizations for client-facing reporting and decision support
• Implemented meta-matrix builder, overview generator, and automated verification pipeline with German language support
• Delivered complete client handover package as ZIP with documentation, reproducible pipeline (Makefile, pinned dependencies), and structured verification reports
• Served as single point of contact for the client: project ownership, domain validation, and technical delivery in one person (110 commits as sole developer)
