Rethubs currently has following functionalities: automatic customer data cleansing, merging and deduping; customer 360 views, customer segmentation; automatic customer clustering (with statistical algorithms like K-Means), campaign management and loyalty management. Rethubs is my masterpiece of my software career so far which combines near-big-data, ETL process and data integration, business knowledge, reporting, hard-core statistics and software development techniques altogether.
I have strong industry expertise across business intelligence, data platforms, analytics, reporting, and data-driven business transformation initiatives in a wide range of enterprise environments.
One of my key strengths is my extensive business and domain knowledge. Because I have worked closely with business stakeholders throughout my career and started my professional journey in finance as a Financial Controller, I am able to understand business requirements and flaws in the process quickly and translate them into effective analytical and technical solutions. Business users often find it easy to communicate their needs to me, as I can speak both the language of business and the language of technology, helping bridge the gap between operational requirements and data-driven solutions.
My experience spans pharmaceuticals, retail, media, finance, automotive, banking, telecommunications, and customer experience / BPO sectors. Throughout my career, I have delivered solutions supporting financial management, sales performance analysis, operational reporting, customer analytics, master data governance, supply chain optimization, workforce performance management, and executive decision-making processes.
In pharmaceutical and life sciences organizations, I supported commercial effectiveness, sales performance monitoring, territory and market analysis, incentive management, financial performance tracking, operational planning, and data integration initiatives that enabled reliable and timely business insights.
In retail and consumer goods environments, I worked on customer experience improvement, loyalty and retention programs, campaign effectiveness analysis, customer segmentation, inventory optimization, replenishment planning, store performance management, order lifecycle visibility, and data-driven operational decision-making.
In finance, banking, and automotive finance organizations, I contributed to budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, financial performance management, cash flow monitoring, treasury processes, branch and channel performance analysis, regulatory reporting, risk and compliance reporting, and enterprise planning initiatives. Having started my career as a Financial Controller, finance remains one of my strongest domains. I have a deep understanding of management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis, balance sheet structures, cash flow management, cost allocation, profitability analysis, and financial planning processes, allowing me to work effectively with finance teams and senior management.
Across all industries, my focus has been on transforming business data into actionable insights, improving reporting and analytical capabilities, streamlining business processes, strengthening data quality and governance, and enabling more effective strategic and operational decision-making.
I combine this industry knowledge with deep technical expertise in Microsoft BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Power BI, SQL Server, data warehousing, semantic modeling, and enterprise analytics platforms.

Portaxis enables end users to edit and enter any relational data to support scenarios like master data editing, updating parameters, budget entries, mass/bulk transactional data import, legacy data integration or merging user data in satellite excels into a database without omitting the business rules. This also helps reducing amount of creating small ETL packages for IT/BI departments. Portaxis also acts as a single-version-of-truth master data source for end-users who are willing to export and use structured data in their ad-hoc analyses.
Rethubs Suite?
Rethubs is a SaaS based B2C Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Loyalty Management software which is in latest phase before release and is being developed with latest .Net Core Stack (along with ElasticSearch, RabbitMQ, Redis, Azure Functions) and Microservice Architecture that is hosted in Microsoft Azure. Core software architecture and infrastructure solely designed by me and being implemented by the special task force team that I was leading.
