Working with companies/organisations such as World Health Organisation (WHO), Brit Insurance, Deutsche Bank (DE), AIG Europe, InfoMENTUM, VISA Europe, Ministry of Justice, Legal Services Commission, Financial Services Authority (FSA), Department of Work and Pensions and Houses of Parliament.
I was working within the Global e-Discovery Services programme reporting to and working with the executive senior management teams to Managing Director levels within e-Discovery, Risk and Control, Legal (incl. External Legal Counsel with various Top 10 Law Firms), HR, Global Technology and Operations, Group Data Protection and Compliance across Deutsche Bank?s global reach. Responsibilities included all project management and business analyst activities and supporting documentation
The role required detailed business requirements gathering via workshops and focus groups, use case development and acceptance criteria to ensure that the solution delivered against the business requirements and integrated with the document management solution. Reporting to the Programme Manager and IT Programme Manager and working with on and off-shore (Poland and India) teams and suppliers we ensured delivery on time and within budget.
I reported directly to the Client?s Executive Board (TRW, a $16.2bn Automotive organisation) and the InfoMENTUM Executive Board. The programme was managed using Prince 2 and Agile methodology throughout the design and delivery lifecycle. Excellent stakeholder and project team management was key to this project enabling team players to deliver efficiently and effectively and to ensure that scope, budget, governance, planning, issues, technical management, business requirements and acceptance were efficiently managed, setting the customer?s expectations at achievable levels allowing the project to recover and ensure delivery with full customer acceptance. In addition I also set up and managed InfoMENTUM?s in-house Project Management Office (implementing Cloud based Genius Project) for all projects within the organisation
I was a Project Management and Lead Business Analyst for several projects within VISA Europe Legal Division. The projects followed the VISA E2E Change Model and Processes. All project planning and management was documented using MS Project, Open Workbench, Clarity and written reports. All projects included excellent time / budget management and excellent communication with stakeholders, board and project boards. All projects achieved budget approval from all boards. Business Analysis for all projects included gathering of business and technical requirements, collation and mapping of business processes and process redesign and working closely with other Visa divisions such as IT, Strategic Business Management and other Visa projects to ensure no conflict of interest and reuse of existing solutions where possible.
Working as a project manager and business analyst I set up and managed the project and carried out all business and process analysis throughout the end to end lifecycle including stakeholder management with MoJ and LSC Board, tender procurement through OGC and OJEU, supplier management and Information Assurance management. The role required strong PM and BA skills with superb organisation to deliver within budget and timescales. The project was successful due to excellent stakeholder management and communication with the project team and a high quality of documentation ensuring that project deliverables at all levels and stages are detailed, clearly understood and deliver to all requirements and business benefits.
I worked directly with Retail, Wholesale, Enforcement and Direct Reports business areas to identify process and procedure improvements while conducting audits for compliance and published service level agreements. Guidance was provided on records management queries and issues ensuring new procedure implementation was followed according to procedure and change management programmes.
