  • Testing and reviewing new features and reporting anomalies on new Software releases for card printing, registration application to senior colleagues and escalation to SCOPE Global Support desk.
  • Assist Programme unit in setting up and configuring production interventions using different delivery mechanisms (smart card, mobile money transfers, e-voucher, and cash remittances). Prepare and circulate Note for Record for implementation plans with PU and FOs
  • Engage with Activity managers and Programme Unity staff to support the implementation and administration of business Information Systems in the CO including working with the government in piloting, implementing, and rolling out the Government MIS
  • In-field Operation registration and distribution support and monitoring in urban and rural districts (Cash Based Transfer and In-Kind Transfer Modalities)
  • Managing Country Office mobile point of sale devices and voucher cycle management for SCOPE activity interventions on third part dashboards i.e., Famoco Management Suite and Powersync dashboards.
  • Preparing and configuring production equipment-android devices and mobile point of sale devices kits used during beneficiary registration, distributions, survey data collection and ensuring latest registration application and firmware is used.
  • Capacity strengthening and building for staff and cooperating partners including government stakeholders to ensure users have knowledge to support and implement corporate Systems and tools e.g., SAP, SCOPE, Tableau, SharePoint, Office 365, LESS last Miles (Logistics and Supply Chain Android Application System for monitoring Commodities)
  • Take lead in use of SharePoint as a Secure Transfer Protocol for sharing CBT confidential documents and compliance by CO and stakeholders with Corporate Partners and Financial Service Providers.
  • Contact SCOPE mobile point of sale disbursement training, refresher trainings to staff, cooperating partners, and retailers on effective use of SCOPE functionalities.
  • Importing mobile data uploads and extraction of error report files to share with partners and supporting in data cleaning and troubleshooting to ensure beneficiary data integrity on SCOPE platform.
  • Assisting Field Offices in identifying duplicate identities and taking corrective action on beneficiary registration data quality and ensuring compliance with WFP Audit recommendations
  • Data Quality Management for all beneficiary registrations and enrolments using Tableau data quality dashboards.
