2021 - 2023: Cloud-based Payroll (ECP) and time management system

Tasks:

• Working as the lead consultant I take on all management tasks for the different teams in the project which consist of 4 teams and 5 different consulting firms (+/- 20 consultants) who have their separate projects whom we need to come together in the integration in the new cloud-based Payroll (ECP) and time management system (Workforce dimensions).
• I act as the liaison between Carrefour and the consulting firms. This Project will affect the remuneration, time management and planning of every employee in the whole Carrefour community (12.000 + employees).

2020 ? 2020: SAP R/3 system

Role: SAP/HR- MANAGER

Customer: PLOPSA GROUP (self-employed)

Tasks:

• Working as the SAP/HR-Manager I have full responsibility of the SAP R/3 system in addition to managing the HR department.
• Always ensuring the best practice for the company since we work with external partners for our technical SAP implementations.
• Currently the company makes use of the modules: FI, CO, MM, PM, SD, PP.
• There are numerous integrations starting from a cash register system, through hotel-software, webshop etc.
• I have full responsibility for budgeting, personnel-planning and organisation of upcoming projects.
• In this role I was the direct link between both HR- and the external IT-departments. I was able to make use of my experiences as a functional IT-consultant as well as my experience in HR departments.

2019 - 2019: Sabbatical

Tasks:

I decided to take a sabbatical year, taking the opportunity to start a second business in an area that is one of my passions. In this year I successfully started and built up a small restaurant.

2017 ? 2018: highly important projects

Customer: De Rechter IT Belgium

Tasks:

• Complete redesign of Time management (Quota) SAP
• Change the payroll provider for PwC Belgium.
  • These projects were successfully delivered on time.
  • Full lifetime cycle from blueprint until the current hyper care.
  • On this project I was assuring a strong and clear communication between our internal HR-department and our external partner.
  • Taking special care of on-time delivery of the different milestones and a correct translation of the business-needs into the technical specs.

2013 - 2016: support of SAP HR system

Role: self-employed

Customer: De Rechter IT Belgium

Tasks:

I was working at the Business Competence Center of Infrabel located in Brussels. My main tasks were: support of SAP HR system with PA/OM, CATS & time evaluation for a population of approx. 13.000 employees. We are also responsible for a large number of interfaces, the most important one being the PA/OM interface with the SAP HR of the NMBS Holding. Apart from this, I was the full responsible for different projects:

• Roll-out CATS Cost Distribution
• Redesign of Time Evaluation
• This included all project tasks like analysis, design, build & GO-live and all related activities (Change, Follow-up, cut-over,?)

2011 - 2012: PA/OM implementation

Role: SAP HR expert

Customer: Engenia Consulting in Brussels, Belgium

Tasks:

• Working as a SAP HR expert at Engenia consulting I worked at a client who is currently centralizing its SAP HR maintenance activities for a number of European companies in Brussels.
• My role in this is to analyse and document their current PA/OM implementation and to transfer (and execute) the maintenance activities to the SAP HR competence centre for GDF Suez in Brussels.

2009-2011: Implementation project

Role: HR payroll specialist

Customer: BASF European shared service centre Berlin

Tasks:

• Working as an HR payroll specialist for the Belgian team I was able to participate in the implementation project of the Belgian companies.
• During this time I was delegated to BASF Antwerp from March 2010 until September 2011.
• In this project, I participated in the design phase as process expert for PA/OM and PY.
• Later in the project, I also played an active role in the testing and transition phase.

2006 - 2008: Problem solving and organisation

Role: assistant to the entertainment manager

Tasks:

• I was able to gain experience in problem solving and organisation across different hotels.
• I gained important experience in the area of human interaction.
• These valuable lessons added to my belief in the importance of attending and serving clients, assuring they experience the most satisfying stay as possible.

2004 - 2006: various Projects

Customer: Protur Hotels Spain

Tasks:

• I was able to make use of the five different languages that I am confident in on a mother tongue level.
• I was gifted an insight on the organisation of room allocation and was the first point of contact for our clients in case of inquiries or personal requests.

2001 - 2004: Personnel administration

Customer: Iberostar Hotels and Resorts Spain

Tasks:

• In my role as a Chief entertainment, I was the single point of contact between customer and management.
• In this role, I was in direct contact with the top management, advising them on strategy options regarding recruiting, selection and personnel administration.
• I was responsible for managing 6 team members at that time.
• Next to this, I took the lead in several internal projects such as the bi-weekly customer-survey.
• During this period, I acquired an expertise in interviewing skills, HR processes and team management.
