  • Strategic & operational planning, design, implementation, optimization of laser induced ablation of functional layers processes with accompanying experiments
  • Analysis of functional layers, cells, modules with optical microscopy, profilometry, thermography, electroluminescence, electrical characterization
  • Analysis of high-power laser beam characteristics
  • Modeling & simulation of heat & material dissipation by CFD-FEM 


Management

  • Planning, organization, coordination, reporting for laser technology development activities & 2 public research projects
  • Leading of a 2-person laser technology team ? Selection of suppliers & purchase of (software) tools, equipment for planned research & development activities 


Production

  • Manufacturing of Si-thin-film (semitransparent) photovoltaic cells & modules in clean room
  • Support to ramp up a new manufacturing facility
