    • Understanding product needs and requirements. The initial phase involves thoroughly understanding the product requirements and identifying the needs of the stakeholders
    • Time planning and technical feasibility. The team(s) assesses the project's scope and complexity, and decomposes the product requirements to better understand the technical feasibility. A rough estimation of the potential delivery time is made
    • Addressing Technical Feasibility: Sometimes additional timeboxed actions ("spikes") are necessary to verify technical feasibility
    • Budgeting and Stakeholder Alignment: The project's budget is established, and responsible teams are assigned. Alignment with stakeholders is crucial to ensure feasibility and prioritize tasks. Given that multiple projects run concurrently, it is essential to align the company on priorities, time frames, resource allocation, and dependencies
    • Development and Collaboration. The development phase begins, and regular status updates are provided. Adjustments, reprioritizations, escalations, and realignments may be required during this stage


    In my role as Head of Tech or Team Lead, I have been involved in various fields, primarily focusing on the following aspects:

    • Ensuring Product Necessity and KPI Challenges: Before initiating any project, I ensure that the KPIs align with the project objectives
    • Organizational part, team(s) are using the most effective approach for development and collaboration process (planning, priorisation, and clarifying dependencies)
    • Milestone tracking and control, making necessary realignments and handling escalations whenever required
    • On-Time and On-Budget Delivery: One of the core responsibilities is to ensure that projects are delivered within the allocated time and budget constraints
    • Post-Delivery Evaluation: After product delivery and during the lean product development phase, I ensure that KPIs are tracked and compared to real data, identifying areas for improvement and taking appropriate actions

    Successfully achieved in the second half of 2022, the migration of department services to AWS led to the closure of on-premise data centers. The migration, spanning eight years, utilized various strategies such as rehosting, retiring, and refactoring/rewriting services. This milestone brings cost savings, improved performance, and enhanced IT infrastructure to the organization, setting the stage for future innovations

    This project's impact extends beyond technical achievements, as it led to significant changes in the company's collaboration, culture, and organizational structure. Key accomplishments include:

    • Establishment of cross-functional teams
