Die Produktentwicklungsteams wurden im Rahmen des SAFe® Frameworks geschult und neue ARTs aufgesetzt.

Besondere Herausforderung in diesem Auftrag sind die Umstellung von On-Premise auf Cloud-Basierte Software, die Priorisierung auf Programm Ebene einzuführen und die Kadenzen mit der hierarchischen Struktur des Unternehmens abzustimmen.
