is an enabler for mechanical engineering by providing their customers an own developed
portal as a SaaS solution. The company, the product and the people were new to
this project an me as Agile Coach supported their start in a successful
development phase.
Aldi started the agile transition in a global approach over more than 10 countries with over 1.500 people involved.
Not only a challenge for the organization also for every single member of that company.
I introduced the way of working in two international teams, supported management and enabled the internal Scrum Masters to take over my position.
Das Unternehmen beabsichtigte alle bisher unabhängigen SAM-Produkte in einem Produktportfolio zusammenzubringen, damit diese möglichst schlank und als eine wiederkennbare Marke an den Kunden gebracht werden können.
Die Produktentwicklungsteams wurden im Rahmen des SAFe® Frameworks geschult und neue ARTs aufgesetzt.
Besondere Herausforderung in diesem Auftrag sind die Umstellung von On-Premise auf Cloud-Basierte Software, die Priorisierung auf Programm Ebene einzuführen und die Kadenzen mit der hierarchischen Struktur des Unternehmens abzustimmen.

Das Unternehmen beabsichtigte seine Tourismus Plattform zu erneuern. Dabei musste sowohl ein neues CMS implemtiert, als auch das gesamte Look and Feel des Portals erneuert werden.

Der Kunde veranstaltet ein Live-Event, bei der das gesamte Leistungsspektrum des Unternehmens präsentiert wird. Die softwaregestütze Adressaufbereitung, Akkreditierung, Guest Handling, Evaluation, Reporting und Dokumentation sollte im Rahmen eines Projektes realisiert und für kommende Events normalisiert werden. Die Herausforderung hierbei war die Entwicklung von einem Projekt zu einem Produkt voranzutreiben.
Eigene Rolle und Aufgaben
Bereits während meiner ersten beruflichen Erfahrung habe ich Scrum und Kanban bei der Umsetzung von IT-Projekten einsetzen können und somit viel Erfahrung in der agilen IT-Projekt- und Produktwelt sammeln können.
Ich lege viel Wert auf selbsorganisierte Teams, effiziente Produktentwicklung und transparente Kommunikation.
Seit 2017 arbeite ich als Scrum Master in zwei Produktentwicklungsteams und begleite und entwickle den SAFe Prozess in einem RTE-Team bei der Aspera GmbH.
