myDHLi is DHL Global Forwarding?s central B2B portal - 22,000+ enterprise customers across 50+ countries, 30M+ monthly interactions, ?336B+ in annual cargo value. I designed the initial concept while still at Saloodo!, then moved over to lead it full-time. Reporting to the VP of Product, I own product tracks alongside leading a distributed design team across EMEA. Research infrastructure didn?t exist when I arrived - user testing, product analytics, qualitative research, all built from scratch. That changed how we made decisions. We stopped building what stakeholders requested and started building what data and users actually pointed to. One example: we reduced customer onboarding from 10?12 days to under 24 hours.

Saloodo! was DHL?s bet on disrupting logistics ? a digital marketplace connecting shippers with carriers. I joined as the founding designer. Small team, fast decisions, real consequences. We shipped ML-powered carrier recommendations, dynamic pricing, and grew the shipper base from 18,000 to 30,000 in months. What started as a regional pilot scaled to 50+ countries. Our MEA expansion ? Dubai pilot to nine countries in six months ? proved that doing the research first makes everything faster. Working alongside the data and AI team changed how I think about product: recommender engines, conversion funnels, behavioral tracking. Along the way, I created the initial concept for myDHLi ? which would become DHL?s flagship B2B freight portal.

sunzinet is a BVDW-certified digital agency with deep UX expertise through its research partnership with Fraunhofer. As Senior UX Consultant, I created comprehensive concepts - some running 200+ pages - for enterprise clients like BioNTech, NKT, KION Group, Yazaki, Berner Group, and Sparkasse. Stakeholder workshops, as-is / to-be analyses, eCommerce platforms, intranets, omnichannel experiences. At OBI Next, I led a 30-day sprint from workshop to MVP launch for a digital bathroom planner. The methodology became OBI?s blueprint for digital innovation - 14 configurators across 640+ stores in 10 countries all followed the same playbook.
In eight years as a freelancer, I built expertise across the full spectrum ? UX/UI design, branding, web development, eCommerce and growth marketing ? for clients ranging from fitness brands to tech startups. Every project was end-to-end: from strategy and design through development and performance tracking. It taught me to move fast, wear many hats, and treat every client?s business as if it were my own.
