I am a motivated IT Project Manager who works every day to create a better version of himself than the day before. This has an impact on my working environment, as I am asking myself in every position which is assigned to me from an entrepreneur's point of view: What would I optimize if the company belonged to me? That helps me to develop me, my team and my products continuously.

Work Highlights

As my Work Highlight I would like to pick out one of my Projects at Porsche. The objetive was to design a laboratory environment where engineers and designers could scout new technologies (like VR, AR, IoT, Deep Learning, etc.) to incorporate these experiences into the vehicle production process to create an advantage in the market. The challenge was to cover the needs of the users and not disregard the high IT Security requirements of the company. Through various meetings with all parties involved (Top-Management, Business Partners, IT Security, Work Council, Facility Management, Legal Department, Human Resources, IT architecture, etc.) a balanced solution could be worked out. As we have been engaged in intensive project marketing, the awareness for the project was present in the company and in the volkswagen group. Among other things, we designed a project logo with our design department which we printed on stickers. In this way, everyone involved in the project could become an Influencer. And after a short time you could see our logo on the backside of Laptops in meetings and the walls of some managers offices. Even people who had no direct connection to the Project supported us. A sign that the Project and what it stands for has found favour. And the best thing, beside the successful result for me, was that we as a project team had a lot of fun working together.
