  • Manage Client Management operational results (KPIs, TCEs) for Central Europe + NWE

  • Project team member for WW country exits, including building and implementing the Master Area Partner country model
  • Improvements / advancements to the Partner led country model

  • European Project Mgmt and solution design lead for ?E-Pack?, an application introducing electronic order submittal and documentation delivery for HP channel partners / end customers. Focus on European country implementation and process alignment with current partner business

Tasks:

During reorganization of the CES IT organization:

  • Contribute to new organizational Consumer IT setup
  • Lead the team to build a Service Management department, focus on business relationship


1998 - 1998: Customer self service, email support and driver download web Europe

Tasks:

Leading a European / WW team with members in Amsterdam / Boise / Roseville and Atlanta. Achievements:

  • Design and deployment of the HP customer care concept for Europe; focus on operational savings through increasing customer self help while maintaining customer satisfaction level
  • Design and implementation of a localization process. This process is able to process current web information on a daily basis, translate and localize the information for the major European countries / languages. The information is reviewed by customer facing native speakers (call center engineers)
  • Design and implementation of a WW customer e-mail handling process for the consumer organization (CBO). Definition and selection of the necessary tools (KANA), implementation and deployment of the tool WW, building a vendor relationship
  • Design and implementation of a WW HP.com re-router solution for all incoming web site e-mail. Definition and development lead for the tool (GUEST)


1996 - 1996: Internet presence for HP Support Germany

Tasks:
Design and Implementation of the first HP Support Germany Internet web site:
  • Mktg portfolio presentation
  • Reactive support section (HP-UX, patches, windows, printer drivers, FAQs, knowledge base)
  • Repair reception for end customers on the internet. This feature was an end-to-end design from a customer experience and workflow to the complex organizational procedures in the repair center and also updating the order mgmt and tracking systems
