One of the subsidiaries is sanctioned and cannot migrate to HANA. The goal of the project is to migrate the subsidiary from ECC to a local ERP platform. The proejct entails migrating both GxP modules in local manufacturing (SAP PP) as well as commercial modules (FI, CO, WM, BW).
The consultant,

Test execution in the local ERP systemThe Department operates the Data distributor, which is the central infrastructure component for distributing data from the Companies register, Population register, Building and Land register and other central government registers.
Based on the consultant's previous experience as Program Test Manager for KMD during the original development of the Data distributor for SDFI, as well as recent assistance with the review of security tests, the consultant was hired by SDFI as the customer's test manager for quality assurance of Netcompany's (as supplier) deliveries.
The consultant carried out a review of the internal test at the supplier, Netcompany, a review of the Security test, a review of the Load-Performance and Stress test, including a full review of the load model, test setup and result logs.
Especially in connection with the supplier's challenges with the infrastructure, the consultant has contributed to establishing a production-like test environment with correct provisioning of infrastructure components. The consultant carried out an evaluation of the completed test phases, identified errors and deficiencies in the deliverables and contributed to the approval of the solution up to the operational test.The National bank of Denmark has decided to move payments and transfers in Danish kroner from it´s current payment system to the pan-European platform for payments and securities trading, TARGET Services. The project is called TARGET DKK. TARGET Services is owned by the Eurosystem, even though Denmark is not part of the eurozone and has its own currency. The TARGET DKK project is responsible for moving payments in Danish kroner to TARGET Services. The TARGET DKK project works in close cooperation with the European Central Bank (ECB), and all financial institutions in Denmark.

KDM won the tender for developing Datafordeleren, the new central infrastructure component for the distribution of basic administrative data in Denmark. Basic data are the data used in all administrative instances across the public administration. The purpose is to gather all data; personal registration, company registration, property registration, digital maps, etc. (CPR, CVR, Map, BBR, Address, etc) in a common system to be available for authorities, private business and the public. The program consisted of a number of projects, a.o. developing a scalable hybrid cloud hosting solution, developing the platform itself, and a number of implementation projects to migrate the data from the old platforms to the new platform. The projects were running in parallel. The consultant had the responsibility to develop the test part of the public tender bid, during the bidding phase and after having won the contract, to take overall responsibility for all testing activities on the program.
