Manage and supervise QC operations of all Targa projects at Chinese suppliers:
Targa is purchasing household appliances, luminaires, body care appliances, outdoor items, and other products for importing into the EU market. The objective of the QC department is to supervise all ongoing Targa projects at the supplier?s factory at every stage of the project/production (trial run, start of mass production, during production, 100% production, preparation for shipment).
Supervise production at supplier?s manufacturing site: quality of products, compliance of production with Targa?s requirements, conduct random tests and verifications; Verify proper operation of supplier?s internal QC, product storage, material flow and other relevant aspects.

Conduct factory audits at potential new suppliers

Initiate third party test projects; follow-up, verify test results, implement product/ process improvements.
Leading the team
