Tasks:

Brought in to own Salesforce delivery end-to-end for a globally distributed Sales and Service organization with 500+ active Salesforce users across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.

  • Held full ownership of Salesforce across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Sales Engagement, Knowledge, and Einstein AI for teams in Berlin, London, India, Singapore, Japan, Australia, New York, Los Angeles, and Miami.
  • Designed and enforced automation-driven sales and service processes improving first response time, handling time, resolution time, and first-contact closure rates while reducing escalation dependency.
  • Increased lead conversion, market penetration, opportunity win rate, and time-to-conversion by restructuring pipeline processes, scoring models, and executive reporting.
  • Reduced customer churn by stabilizing post-sale workflows and enforcing consistent data and process discipline across regions.
  • Led a train-the-trainer enablement model, working with key users embedded in delivery to scale adoption while maintaining process consistency during iterative rollouts.
  • Owned Salesforce delivery in a high-integration ecosystem, coordinating with finance systems, data warehouses, analytics platforms, and central IT teams to ensure maintainable and scalable solutions.
