CMA CGM S.A. is a French container transportation and shipping company. The project
handles the Quote and Price management based on the CPQ process. The Pricing and Quote management is totally customized using the Lightning and Apex framework. The Pricing process can be executed by Pricers only and allows them to produce and manage a Price List (or master quote) that can be used in the Quoting process. The process allows Pricers to create tiers based on different criteria and associate them with Price lists. The Quoting process can be executed by Agents or Pricers and allows them to produce a Quote and email it to an interested customer. The Send Mail to customer process can be executed by Agents or Pricers. The process allows agents and Pricers to generate rate offers that can be sent to the customers by Email. The Manage Negotiations process allows the rates to be adjusted per requests of customers. Some of the requirements I have worked on: 
  • Implemented Duplicate record check based on the several field on the complex structure for Bulk data
  • Implemented the Integration to Auto frightening to get the surcharges for the price list and quote list
  • Implemented the complex calculations on surcharges
  • Implemented complete functionality (fetch, save and delete) of DDSM exception lines
  • Implemented Email template and Email sending functionality for DDSM

Finning handles simple to highly complex product & pricing configurations across all sales channels using Apttus CPQ.Some of the requirements I have worked on: -
  • The ability to clear the Product Attribute Values from a newly cloned line item.
  • Ability to filter and display the latest Sales Agreement when Sales User uses "eSignature" functionality.
  • Ability to capture the date time of when the Equipment Quote Proposal and Equipment Sales Agreement documents are presented to the customer. These dates will be used to drive subsequent functionality.
  • Ability to display if the Holdback and Price Escalator rulesets were applied on quote header and display in the Deal Sheet Output Document
