As a member of the CoE Strategic Steering & Way of Working team at the head office in The Hague (Netherlands), responsible for the agile transformation according to the SAFe framework for 80 multidisciplinary teams.
As a kick-start, we developed and delivered agile workshops, organized large ABR and QBR meetings, created an Obeya space and introduced OKRs company-wide.
Paul also coached Scrum Masters and a leadership team. Co-organizer of a Scrum Master selection day to raise the level of internal Scrum Masters. He conducted job interviews to hire Agile Coaches on a permanent basis. They are further taking over the agile transformation.
