My mission is to define PMO, plan, execute and measure back software implementations supporting the D2D activities of different fields and functions within the growing company, such as FM, HR, Finance, Payroll
I am working closely on a daily basis with internal and external stakeholders, including DevOps, Sales, Business and suppliers
Reporting directly to IT director
As a Product Owner, responsible for managing the implementation and standardization of a new collection solution software as deputy PMO lead
Organize, plan and support the daily tasks of our business and IT working groups (40+ people), software developers and third parties
Reporting towards the Project Steering Committee on a monthly basis
Preparation and organization of foreign implementations, country visits and "road shows"
As project manager, built up a strong payroll factoring process throughout EMEA, successfully managed 2 audits and led Work-shops to welcome our factoring partner
Won the "Making the difference award 2016" for the successful project that led to cost and workflow optimization
The relationship management with our French partner, customer Service and the work coordination of our back office colleagues in the Philippines were a significant part of my daily work
After joining Avis in 2013, I was directly involved in the knowledge transfer of cash collection and billing activities from its home country Belgium to its actual location in Budapest SSC
Later, in addition to my daily work to achieve our KPI targets, I also worked on the stabilization and Standardization of processes aligning with the company's strategy
