Event Projects

I started as a stagehand and roadie and worked on many concerts and festivals. Quickly I got team responsibility and became team leader and a short time later crew chief. At big events I was responsible for teams in the range of 30-50 people. In the meantime I have accompanied more than 500 live performances, more than 100 of them in the role of stage manager or production manager. This is still my focus at the moment. I still work on 3-5 festivals per year and also about the same amount of large individual productions. Since I don't see it as a job, but do it out of passion, it is important to me in the events I still do that I work together in a good team and we realise the best possible event. My main tasks are to guarantee that the live performances run as smoothly as possible and to manage staff.
