Consultancy for the development of a master plan for public financial management (PFM) functions for the Government of the Maldives? Ministry of Finance (MoF) and Maldives Inland Revenue Authority (MIRA) - on behalf of the World Bank. The objective of my assignment: supporting the Enterprise Solution Architect and Project Manager to:

• Develop an ERP roll-out plan including the relevant ERP module details as well as the integration plan for external systems of the MoF and MIRA.
• Design and develop an integration framework for external system integration (External systems including ERP and other non-ERP systems).

• Development of an ERP solution for the Syrian Recovery Trust Fund (SRTF), Jordan
• The main objective is to improve the SRTF?s effectiveness and efficiency in developing and implementing its projects, integrating, and automating its business processes
• Perform a pre-ERP implementation study, then identify and documents the ?As-is? and ?To-Be? processes, which define technical, functional, and non-functional requirements

• Establishment of the As-Is ERP-relevant business process analysis
• Development of a To-Be situation (customer requirements according to gap analysis)
• Preparation and evaluation of tender documents

Development of specification for a fleet system for the Government of Malawi on behalf of GIZ. The main objective is the selection and introduction of a Fleet Management System to regulate the use of government vehicles and the control and monitoring of public authorities to ensure compliance with state guidelines and procedures.

• Design and preparation of detailed technical and functional specifications and customer requirements for a new fleet management system
• Development of fleet management policies, processes, and procedures in BPMN 2.0
• Evaluation of the structure and organization

Development of ERP System for the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) on behalf of the World Bank as Part of the Ghana Energy Development and Access Project (GEDAP).

• Documentation of the customer requirements based on the business process modelling of the pre-project in BPMN 2.0 under ERP aspects
• Professional and technical analysis and optimisation of business processes
• Evaluation of the organizational structure

• Involved in the review of existing business processes inclusive of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) for the key financial processes in all offices of the DPWH
• Development of specifications and requirements for an Enterprise Resource Planning system

Concept and design for a new touch-screen operating system of the current POS system ZORA for Deutsche Post DHL. Integration of three workflows from a heterogeneous system landscape.

• Development of the project plan and procedure based on a user-centred design process taking into account the corporate design
• Partner survey: creation of questionnaire, communication, statistical analysis and reporting
• Creation of personas
• Wireframing of target scenarios based on AXURE
• Qualitative testing of the personas and trainers in the form of interviews, participant observation method
• Creation of the test report
• Re-testing of the focus group trainers and sales managers and A/B testing in planning for quantitative user tests
