  • Co-founded and led the development of telecommunication networks end-to-end test automation platform utilizing Smartphone, SIP and IoT devices with deep integration to telecommunication back-end systems.
  • Defined and executed the technology vision and strategy, while driving hands-on system architecture, software development, and automation frameworks.
  • Built engineering practices, infrastructure, and processes from the ground up, balancing code-level contributions with mentoring and growing high-performing teams.
  • Successfully transformed the organization from a startup to a 30-person R&D and Product Management unit.

Tasks:

  • A lead system/solution architect responsible for (SDM) Subscriber Data Management solutions development and delivery for Telefonica O2 Germany. Key architect role throughout a complete solution lifecycle: pre-sales, requirements gathering & management, system architecture (R&D), solution architecture, piloting, roll-out, migration, updates & upgrades).
  • Acceptance test design and test automation and development.
  • System design incl. deployment topology, SOAP interfaces, redundancy & load-balancing concepts, IT-system & Mobile Network integration, dimensioning & performance optimization.
