Test lead for rolling out application modules of eFront wrt data ingestion and cashflow forecasting of a private equity fund setup by the Asset Management subsidiary of a re-insurance company. Additionally, conception of investor reports and requirements management. The project role was enhanced to include PMO activities.

PMO and Test Manager role in a feasibility study for the introduction of a front-office system. Implementation and rollout of a front-office application.
