Architected Data Mesh solutions for a major insurance client, building high-value data products representing contract inventories for Life and Health domains.

  • Designed and built end-to-end data pipelines using GCP (Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Scheduler, Dataform, Terraform, GithubActions) to ingest and transform source data into a relational, Medallion-structured (Bronze/Silver/Gold) BigQuery warehouse.
  • Integrated complex NoSQL (MongoDB) data via real-time streaming pipelines into structured BigQuery tables for seamless querying and business analytics.
  • Market Intelligence Data Pipeline: Built and deployed an automated data ingestion framework to aggregate external market data and web sources for trend analysis.
  • Orchestration & Containerization: Self-hosted and configured Apache Airflow in Docker containers to orchestrate daily ETL workflows, managing containerized tasks, automated retries, and data quality checks.
  • Enforced data governance and discovery by mapping data products and metadata to the Collibra data catalog in alignment with organizational guidelines.
  • Developed targeted BI reports (using SAP HANA Mixed Modeling and SAP Datasphere) to monitor portfolio churn rates and drive strategic sales steering.
  • Built internal RAG application for adding unstructured consultants CV data to utilization dashboards
