  • Under consideration of the pandemic situation, we created a meeting / conference (webbased) solution that seemlessly integrated into the existing software landscape and allowed effective remote work for my clients customers. (Video).
  • Create a webbased LiveChat solution for internal and external communication
  • Support the further development of the exisitng Android and iOs app.
  • Creating a license shop for a great partner network in the DACH area
  • Concepting and designing a self service platform for partners and customers


Tasks:

  • Design and concept for the latest communication experience software (Solutions for Chat, Conferencing, licensing shop, mobile communcation Apps, Help Center)
  • Support multiple platform approaches (Windows & Mac native, Web, iOs & Android)
  • Establish a better UX-Understanding within the company and dev-teams, organize and moderate UX-Workshops and Design sprints
  • Plan and observe the agile work (SCRUM) and moderate the bi-weekly review sessions, sprint plannings and refinements
  • Script and deduct qualitative user research and testing with estos customers.
  • Create, maintain and enhance a Material-Design based design system
