Delivered in the first two months of the engagement:
Client: AI-powered analytics platform for procurement and manufacturing data of international industrial customers.
Outcome:
Responsible, with the organization, for the production operation of the entire product portfolio on a shared platform foundation.
Context: The platform provider needed a viable AI strategy for internal efficiency and customer-facing AI capabilities.
Outcome:
RAG pipeline and customer-facing AI use cases (Text Summarization, Vector Search, product-specific plugin mechanisms) delivered to customers; two products under ongoing ownership: an AI-native sourcing/procurement product (since 01/2025) and a SaaS product for production monitoring (since 06/2025).
Context: Procurement and supply chain organizations must fulfill regulatory obligations (CO? accounting, CBAM, supply chain due diligence) across their supply chains.
Outcome:
All three products run in production on the shared platform foundation ? integrated with the central data service and the platform IAM.
Context: Building a new product portfolio on the enterprise platform ? architecture, processes, and team were created in parallel.
Outcome:
The products designed within the portfolio remain in production use to this day ? part of today's platform portfolio
