In parallel, I built the B2B telecommunications segment from scratch ? developing CRM and sales processes, establishing indirect sales structures, and building a high-performing team of seven. I positioned telecom as a cross-selling growth lever, managed key partnerships, and supported leadership as a sparring partner.
