Founder and lead architect of an independent software company, delivering architecture, technical leadership, and project management for clients in finance, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, logistics, and automotive ? most projects multinational, distributed, and handling sensitive or confidential data. Clients have included some of the world's leading companies in their fields.

Focus: secure distributed systems architecture; security engineering (encryption at rest and in transit and end-to-end, authentication and authorisation); and AI-assisted, agentic software engineering applied with the rigour regulated environments demand. Hands-on across backend and frontend ? server-side preference for Java, frontend frameworks from JSF to React ? with cloud (Azure, AWS), CI/CD, and mobile development going back to the first iPhone.

Selected work: a Basel rating platform; an enterprise approval-workflow system. Several multi-year client relationships (one continuous for over a decade), and leadership of programmes with teams of up to around forty.
