The Program Manager?s mission is the integrated management of complex Programs in order to realize benefits for the organization (including contract execution over the entire customer partnership life cycle). The Program Manager leads client facing Programs which transform the capabilities of customer organizations, or internal change Programs designed to implement corporate strategy.
- Novate back to client affiliate all Fixed Voice Service contracts, 41 contracts in 32 countries.
- Process owner for Proposal Management in Large Projects Europe. Transversal position to support 12 Account Units.
- Leading the Early Adopter Process in a WAN transformation. The transformation was delivering 267 sites in 50 countries in the CEMEA region, including challenging countries in sub-Saharan Africa and the former Soviet republics.
- Leading an internal program to develop and migrate Proposal Delivery Process to SharePoint. Build a relationship to all Account Units, introduce solution and establish a mind-set across Large Projects Europe to industrialize upselling activities.
- Integration of a customer acquisition into the Account Unit for the German subsidiary of a French customer [2008 German revenue > ? 14 million]. Due diligence, design, novation, transition, transformation and invoicing has been setup for all service lines. Contact to Third Party Vendors has been established, supported and managed.
- Delivering bid support on Program/Project Management block.
- Leading the technical design on several bids.
- Supporting major and complex European customer deals with ability to organise and provide direction/focus for large multi discipline, multi-cultural and multi-national teams, widely dispersed and on a global basis, showing a broad and solid business background.
