PROFILE I?ve spent the last 7+ years helping people figure out where they?re going professionally - and then building the programmes, workshops, and tools to help them get there. That?s taken me across corporate L&D at DB Systel, curriculum design for a Berlin EdTech academy, and 1,700+ hours of one-on-one coaching with professionals navigating everything from first steps in a new country to senior career pivots. What I enjoy most is the combination: designing something that actually works as a learning experience, then being the one in the room (or on the call) delivering it. I?ve done that in four languages - Ukrainian, German, English, and Spanish - across teams and individuals in Germany, Ukraine, and beyond. A big part of my recent work has been with Ukrainian professionals building careers in Europe. It?s where my background in communications, coaching, and cross-cultural experience all come together and it?s work I find genuinely meaningful. I?m equally at home designing a blended learning curriculum, running a training needs analysis, or facilitating a one-off workshop, and I?m looking for a role where I can do more of all three.
