  • Business Process Modeling and Documentation: Collaborated with global business stakeholders to document and analyze organizational processes and information needs using SAP Activate methodology and modeling techniques. This ensured that the solution met both local and global hiring process requirements. 

  • Onboarding and Recruiting Integration: As Onboarding Lead, I was responsible for configuring and integrating the Onboarding 2.0 module with Employee Central and Recruiting Management (RCM). I ensured smooth data flow and process continuity from candidate selection to onboarding. 

  • Document Management: Designed and implemented document management processes as part of the onboarding process, ensuring that all required documents (e.g., employment contracts, onboarding forms) were automated and compliant with regional regulations. 

  • End-to-End Solution Architecture: Architected the integration of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), leveraging its capabilities to enhance functionality and scalability for the company?s global operations.

I implemented Recruiting and Onboarding best practices, ensuring a seamless candidate-to-employee transition.

I integrated Adobe Sign for digital signatures, ensuring a secure and streamlined document signing process.
