Customer Portal (Telecommunications)

As part of a large international UX team, drove key experience streams in the redesign of a largescale telecommunications e-commerce platform, focusing mainly on mobile plan selection, product configuration, and digital contract completion. Delivered scalable Figma-based white-label
solutions within a multinational Scrum setup to enable efficient multi-brand rollout.

Owned the end-to-end UX concept for a responsive, component-based customer portal, translating
business requirements into Figma-based experience concepts and development-ready user stories
in Azure. Facilitated iterative workshops with stakeholders and departments while helping
