I'm continually working on my product to create a web service that helps Scrum Masters to increase the transparency and success of their teams.

My mission was to adopt Scrum to an agency so that their teams can work in a scaled Scrum environment (SAFe) of their customer. I worked together with managers, product owners, and teams to create a working Scrum state.
To successfully create valuable products, we used the Design Thinking methodology to reach customer goals and satisfaction.

I coached multiple product owners to create the most valuable and well-prepared product backlogs for their teams.
I was also responsible for coaching one of the three big cross- functional development teams that worked on different products but shared the same technology base and architecture.
It was often a challenge to keep a good organization, transparency, and communication between teams.

At the end of the project, I was very proud of my team's performance and self-organization.

I supported a Scrum team of 5 developers as a proxy Product Owner. All team members were well experienced in how to work in Scrum.

I worked as a full-stack developer in a small Scrum team with five peoples on a new web store. The team was experienced in working with Scrum, so the project was pretty straight forward.

In the end, we successfully launched the new web store on time.

I coached a design team of five designers on how they can organize themselves with Scrum or Kanban to create a valuable and constant outcome for other Scrum teams.

In the past, I worked on different-sized projects as a full-stack developer or a designer in various companies.
