In this case there had been the following tasks:
1. Consulting in the planning phases of the projects in the whole department of the big projects

3. Projectmanagement-support for part tasks in the department for the management of big projects (for selected single projects)
4. Coaching of projektleader in the running projectmanagement-process. In this case I had the task to coach the whole leading manager of one big project (consisting of 6 projektleader and one manager of the whole project) in the methods of project-, conflict- and timemanagement.
5. Know-How-Transfer referring to some projectmanagement-tools. The special focus had been on the planningtool MS Project 98/ 2000. Using the grafical possibilties for the state of the single tasks and milestones, I integrated 15 partplans into one masterplan for the whole project. I intruduced a management view and an operational view.
6. Building up a projectmanagement-office for supporting the partprojects of a big project. The focus here had specially been on the relationship between project-, quality- and risikmanagement.

Contract in the time from December 1998 to January 1999 at the Dresdner Bank in Frankfurt in the frame of the conclusion of the year and the Euro-conversion working for the Siemens Business Services GmbH & Co OHG.
Freelancer as a member of the MSP-ExpertTeams consisting of three people with the following job:
1. Developing a conception for the workflow of the processes of the function projectpersecution in the Command and Control Center (CCC), using MS Project 98, during the Conversion Weekend (CW). In this case all processes without the updatingprocess had been so created, that they had been running mostly automatically steared by VBA-macros. So we were able to guarantee the updatingcycle of 60 minutes.
2. Presentation of the conception and training of the planned action to about 50 colleagues of the external control stations.
3. Updating the timetablefile CW-Masterplan with 4886 datasets, on the base of informations, which are questioned from the control stations. The conception included an updatingcycle of one hour.
4. Reporting in the sence of the preparation of the masterplan, who consists of an amount of 86 keytasks, whci are called as "milestones" and which are integrated and connected in the CW-Masterplan. This masterplan had been updated hourly and had been presented as screen shot (GIF-File) for a distribution in the intranet on the public server.
5. Carrying out of qualitätysassurance tasks with the timescale planning dates as well, as with the updating-, persecution-, inspection- and reportingprocesses.
6. The MSP-ExpertTeam supported in the way, that all colleagues, who are worked with the tool MS Project 98, got the for their respective workingplace and their respective workingpurpose optimized adjustment and instructions adjusted. And they got a training/instruction, so that they had been able without deep knowledge of MS Project 98, to take care of the tasks with thedates of the CW-Masterplan without unnecassary expenses.
