The objective of the project Winning Organisation European Project was the harmonization of all 3rd party procurement planning ways of working across all countries and categories in Europe and their modelling in SAP SCM and ECC.
I was working in the project as Subject Matter Expert for the full project cycle (Plan/ Analyse, Design, Build, Test, Deployment and Post Go Live Support).
Evaluation of capabilities to run the planning (Supply Planning) and operational reporting functionality of the Unilever core business model with SAP HANA as well as analysis of the performance improvements.
The scope of this Project Model Merge 3 wave 1 was the harmonization of the requirements and supply planning processes and APO configuration for Foods and HPC in Europe. In this step of the program basic functionality and master data were aligned between Foods and HPC.

The objective of Project Overlap was the development of a global sourcing capability for deoderant’s prior to the go-live of a new aerosol production line outside Europe to serve European demand.
The objective of the project Model Merge 2 – SU transition was the transfer of HPC Sourcing Units, Contops organisation (Unilever’s third party suppliers), categories and Marketing and Sales Organisation’s/Multi Country organization’s from the HPC APO Supply Planning system onto a merged planning system.
This project followed the APO Model Merge technical enablement. Current processes were not changed to minimize the degree of change for the business.

The scope of the E2E review for the European landscape Sirius was the creation of a complete inventory of all existing interfaces which send information to and from the IAP and BP1 systems.
An initial analysis of these interfaces was executed to determine how the interfaces currently perform and whether improvements can be made.
The objective of the Proof of Concept of SAP SNC for VMI was the assessment of the SAP SNC customer collaboration functionality for Unilever. A conceptual design was developed in cooperation with SAP.
