  • Test Management: Defined a coherent user acceptance test plan based on production data. With target to maximize the quality of a central template rollout based on SAP FI/CO, MM, GRC AC and SRM. Furthermore managed a test team of 50+ consultants in Germany, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Poland and was the SPOC for end user testing for three consequent release rollouts
  • Co-design of a System Readiness plan and supporting its implementation over multiple releases for SAP FI/CO and MM
  • Cutover Management: Created an End-to-End master data mapping process including automation tools that reduced costs of multiple FTEs and in the same time considerably reduced Go-life related error rate
  • Master Data Management: Re-engineered the centralized master data distribution processes of an international template while applying cutting-edge automation mechanisms that realized costs savings within months of their operation. Solutions based on SAP MDM/MDG and involved SAP modules: FI/CO and MM
