CHALLENGE

Festo recently began digitizing the analog processes for the automation lines. The first thing I did was a UX analysis of the current maintenance software, from the landing page to the marketing, finding the weaknesses and optimizing the UX process.

  • HIGH-FIDELITY DETAILED DESIGN: UX-Design for the internal shop „Serviceportal“ of the Deutsche Bahn AG. Because the product range has expanded and the products have become more complex, a relaunch of the shop has become necessary, which is more intuitive for the customers. I started with the conception and then created  it with Process Flows and User Cases.
  • DESIGN THINKING WORKSHOPS: Interview with the target group in the context of workshops to find out the goals. We supported the participants so that they themselves first create a process flow from their point of view.
  • Final Design: Creation of responsive designs for all processes that have been repeatedly tested by the target group. So that the software developers and the steackholders have a clear idea, I made the whole clickable in Adobe Muse / HTML.

Extension and design of the public portal

  • PROCESS FLOWS AND USER JOURNEYS: User journeys are useful in demonstrating the way users could interact with the website, in this par ticular case I illustrated, hierarchically, the series of steps necessary for the user to make an order.
  • WIREFRAMES: I have built wireframes and fully annotated wireframes, having a basis to begin creating screens. I also use them for user testing and as a reference point for functional specifications and communicating the functionality.
  • HIGH-FIDELITY DETAILED DESIGN: For the order, the challenge was to keep the forms shor t and comprehensible so that the customer quickly becomes a success experience. Having a solid background in design I love producing the final highquality visual designs as well as the guidelines, patterns and specification. I’m allways up-to-date with the latest industry trends and I also have a passion for design innovation.
  • LANDINGPAGE AND APP DESIGN: The basis of this app was an idea that should help the customer find the right phone tariff. On this project I made the conception, the whole UX track and the final designs.
