• As agile coach I take care on 5 development teams within a SAFe Environment at global IT department.
• I am coaching the teams (inkl. Scrum Masters & Product Owners) as well as Programm level roles like RTE and Portfolio.
• Furthermore I am providing training (SCRUM, KANBAN & SAFe) and workshops in different departments serving the agile transition.

• Starting as Scrum Master for 2 distributed development teams I became quickly an agile coach for product and business teams.
• My responsibility changed towards the Chief Scrum Master role, as I hired and trained a team of 5 scrum masters within the immmr project.
• Beside to the organization and moderation of team meetings (Retrospectives, Grooming, Estimation, Planning, Design Review and daily stand ups) and cross team meetings I prepared offside workshops and coaching sessions with the management.

Achievements:

• Successful release of distributed cloud base mobile Apps for cross platform telecommunication.
• Agilisation of the immmr GmbH startup within “Deutsche Telekom” mindset environment.
• Responsible for Program Management, setting up Scrum and Kanban teams, resource planning and providing roadmap input.

• During my time with Auctionata I coached 6 distributed teams (3 Scrum, 2 Kanban and 1 XPTeam).
• I was responsible for the implementation of agile standards in a servant Leader role.
• I worked closely with the CTO and the Product Managers as well with the POs, helping them to write user stories including acceptance criteria, backlog prioritization and story estimates.

Achievements:

• Successful release of 2 mobile applications for iOS and Android (application- design, UX arrangements, implementation, user testing, go-to-market).
• Continuous improvement and increasing the team commitment to KAIZEN thinking.
• Planning and implementation of test automation strategies for optimizing the continuous delivery process (together with the Head of QA).

• Responsible for project management and lean software development methodologies across 3 teams.
• Creation of a 3-year business plan and implementation for dooyoo, release of quarterly reporting (projects and budget), in charge of communication to the Group Executive Committee.
• Through my support dooyoo has made the transition from non-agile to agile company.

• As part of an agile team I have worked as a customer service representative on customization of the software solutions to customer’s needs.
• As a consultant I maintained and further developed the software externally (R&V Versicherung, Wiesbaden).

• Development of an internal knowledge management system for the representation of internal and external business processes, participation in fairs and sales events in Asia.
