Identified required Business Process Management Workstreams to define gaps between the current- and future-state business processes and Product Owners per functional stream. Developed an internal resource plan and defined gaps between the current and required resource plan as well as the resource requirements for an internal technical and functional S/4HANA competency center. A staged implementation was defined due to geographically diversified countries and third-party systems with timeframes per phase, as per SAP Activate methodology.

Prepared and managed a detailed day by day plan including resource requirements across all data migration activities for the data delivery (Finance, Order to Cash, Supply Chain, Warehousing and Procure to Pay) steams and subject matter experts. Ensured best practice methodologies were established and followed. Created migration status dashboard and metrics for reporting. Effectively communicated to all stakeholders daily thru meetings and dashboards and ensured all timelines were met and escalated in a timely manner.

Created a business case for the comparison between an SAP ECC template rollout and the implementation of a greenfield SAP S/4HANA on premise rollout in a validated environment for a pharmaceutical manufacturing company. The following areas were covered in depth, Needs Analysis, Technical and Schedule Feasibility.
