• Completed development of a white-label retail banking front-end solution (mobile & web) enabling premium and private banking clients to oversee their investment portfolios and execute trades with real-time prices
• Coordinated between 4 teams to ensure puncutal delivery of a high-quality product

• Managed annual budget of $2.3 million

• Successfully rolled out the product and exceeded the sales projections with over 3 major banks in Europe already providing the application to
  over 1.000.000+ of their premium and private banking clients

• Consulting European banks, brokerage firms and asset management firms on how they could innovate their investment services from back
  office to front office solutions

• Led research of investor profiling connected to content consumption habits (e.g. the relation between absorbed content on Spotify or Netflix
  and investment product offerings), authored white papers and presented at fintech conferences around Europe

• Managed concept-to-beta launch of an AI-generated crypto trading signals application for retail investors
