I have a limited period contract (3 months + extension)
with this company for helping the team to create the
arhitecture based on microservices and to improve the
performance of their internal backoffice system, used
by internal employees and by sales agents.

As a Full Stack Developer my responsibilities were to develop new features and to improve the performance of the company's E-Commerce core platform, used to build multiple online shops.
I was also responsible to migrate and to develop new custom modules and features for Drupal 7 / 8 CMS, used to build the website's configuration and content.
I was also involved in the building process of a new architecture based on microservices.

Being part of Research & Development team, I’ve been researching, looking and implementing the best technologies and solutions in order to match the project requirements. Together with a team of 12 developers, we have been working and developing the back­end part of an E­commerce system using Symfony 2 framework, Silex micro­framework, RabbitMQ, MySql,

MongoDb, Solr, Vagrant & Puppet, Docker, Micro­services, Nginx, Jenkins and PhpUnit to implement and to monitor the project state using unit and functional tests.

Developing web based projects such as local.groupon.de and REST APIs using Zend Framework as main development architecture, Solr as a bridge between API and web interface, Mysql as storage database, unit testing using PhpUnit and Jenkins, Html, Javascript (jQuery, DOM based scripting), XML, CSS, Ajax, Memcached, SVN.

We have been using Scrum as agile management methodology and Jira as tracking software.

­ As a senior web developer, I had to participate in the evaluation and planning of the new features for the project myjob.ro, based on Scrum Agile Management methodology as work­flow.

­ I updated and developed new models for the web application using PHP as main programming language, Oracle and Mysql as storage databases, Apache Solr to achieve good timing results on filtering and search engines, MongoDb for manipulation of the large volume of information. In development process I used Html, CSS, Javascript (jQuery, DOM based scripting), Ajax, XML, Smarty, Caching systems (Memcache, disk cache, SQL cache), Source Control Management (SVN, Mercurial)

I founded the company, and I developed a few web portals, along with a team of 4 programmers for several clients from France and USA. I used Joomla CMS for development of web portals and also Typo3 to develop some presentation websites.

I worked on various programming tasks in partnership with other freelancers, implementing SEO best practices to improve both search engine rankings for different websites and database-generated content pages.
