Tasks:

• Recognising the demand in the market for specialised digital houses and the gap for digital knowledge, strategic and creative thinking, we established Daft as a small start-up that provides a consistent quality of strategic thinking, innovative and compelling online media recommendations and projects across web-design, social, mobile, affiliates, SEO/PPC, measurement & analytics for clients.
• Built the business plan and the company from top the bottom including the legal, paperwork, branding, financials, client recruitment and sales.
• Within the first 6 months, the company acquired projects with a respected list of clients such as AIG, Dogus Grubu, Migros and Storks and also started working with Dalan Kimya, Brunata and a number of local businesses, of which the business relationships are still maintained.
• The key responsibilities of the company include consultancy on integrating digital into the broader marketing strategy, development of creative projects/platforms/campaigns for clients and consistent quality of managing deployment and operations, maintaining direct client contact at various levels of seniority on a project-by-project basis.
• Also provided consultancy in best practice and industry trends to aid in making decisions for digital communications planning and investment decisions.
• Resource management: Approval and monitoring accuracy of work delivered by third party contractors.
• Improved skills in user experience design, managing technology/web/mobile/Facebook app projects and connected media strategies as a project leader and creative director.
• Full responsibility of managing the company?s finances and legal works.
• Daft Digital has grown %400 in revenue by the end of the second financial year.

Tasks:

• Vo2 started to run in 2009 as an inhouse digital agency of Sportsnet with a team of professionals. I joined the team as creative director.
• In collaboration with Sportsnet, we created many projects including tv commercials, video productions, digital campaigns for the brands such as Adidas, Beko, Migros, IKEA and also for the organizations such as World Rally Championship 2010 Turkey, Winter Olympics 2010 Turkey.
• My prior terms of reference was to generate a key communication between these two working groups and to maintain a good partnership with the clients while producing hands-on UI/UX design and focusing on back end processes.

Tasks:

• Joined the company as a senior art director and worked with the creative team at several projects for international and local brands like Coca Cola, Sprite, Turkcell, Arcelik, Mavi Jeans.
• I was offered to join the team for my typographic skills. This was a challenging and incontestable good experience for me to work with clients like Coca Cola, Sprite and Turkcell and having the chance to express my design skills together with a really creative team.
• Also experienced a multidisciplinary team-working in a high pressure, progressive and dynamic environment.
• Worked as a core creative team member in award winning projects.

• Worked with the creative team at several projects for Shop & Miles, Garanti Bank, Turkish Airlines.
• Experienced EMail Marketing, with Turkey?s leading team and platform Euromessage.
• UX/UI design of the company?s core product Euromessage E-marketing Platform. Euromessage is still using the same platform interface I designed.
