· Performing E-Coat-, PVC-, IPP- and Wax- Oven Simulation for thermal and adhesive curing of process materials in Painted Body for BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce Group
· Application and configuration of Ansa Software for preparing Model Simulation, Theseus Software for Thermal Simulation and Abaqus for Adhesive Simulation on Red Hat Linux as the main workstation.
· Analysis of the Simulation Data, by creating various graphic Representation and prepared Presentation for Process Partners and Management regarding the results of the Simulation.
· Focus on quantity considerations ex. PVC Oven in China Plants, material mixed construction (Alu-Steel) adhesives for Rolls-Royce Body E-Coat Oven in DGF, Thermal Simulation of various NCAR models in Plants MUC, DGF, RGB, SLP, NEX, TIEXI, LPZ and Spartanburg.
· Ensuring the domain knowledge transfer to project team
· Responsibility for meeting the requirements for product implementation and the achievement of the requirements
