Roll-out of SAP Template to Ceska Lipa (Czech Republic) incl. SAP BW Template.
The IS application budget and forecast are planned in the TCO database application. The actuals are tracked in the Impuls and VCM ERP systems. There are right now no detailed actuals vs. budget and forecast comparison possible. The objective is to create a report which allows to directly compare applications budget and forecast with the actuals.
The requirement from business was the enhancement of the existing TAC (Total at Completion) Solution. Ensure that the material cost budget on a project is managed in a common format throughout BT and having the information available for the appropriate review meetings. To ensure that the material cost budget is complete by matching of data from the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to the projects Bill of Materials.
The CRM System called PCT (100 ) was connected to the VCM BI System. CRM is used as Ticket System for the Shared Service Center in Cebu. Requirement from Cebu was a new Reporting Solution based on CRM data.
